Shipping Policy
CION Skincare strives to maintain a same day delivery policy as orders are placed. Orders placed before 7pm business days will be fulfilled by postage acquisition the following business day. Shipping dates/times correspond with estimated shipping times given by the shipping carrier. For Domestic rates, times are estimated to be 3-7 business days.
Shipping is free for Domestic orders $50 and above. Standard rates from shipping carriers apply for non-domestic orders.
Returns Policy
If our products do not satisfy you, we will gladly accept a return after 90 days from the original purchase date. The product must be unused or gently used. Contact us at support@cionskincare.com to initiate the returns process, stating your intentions to make a return and reasoning for doing so. Please keep all receipts and pertinent information regarding your purchase when making the return – this will help both you and our Support in making the process smooth and satisfying.
